Can an agent reply to Google reviews?

Yes. Review tools list new reviews per location and post owner replies. A common setup is agent-drafted replies with a human approval step for low ratings.

Does it support multiple locations?

Yes. Location tools enumerate every location in your Business Profile account, and posting and review tools take a location parameter, so one agent can serve a whole chain.

Can customers message me through this?

No. Google's API surface here centers on reviews, posts and location data; there is no general DM inbox to automate.
